Spent an enjoyable Christmas holiday in a palatial-style hotel with a grand reception hall, huge rooms and over-the-top decorations. Rooms were spacious with comfy beds and small, but secure safes. Lebanese food delightful, staff very friendly and attentive, going out of their way to assist with queries. Breathtakingly beautiful view of the city and the ocean from the balcony, and an amazing swimming pool were key advantages.

The plated service was slow, and served food came cold as the plates were not warmed. The air-con in the room was a bit weak, and we had to request an extra blanket, as the room was chilly at night.

A mini refrigerator and a refrigerator always available in the room. Balcony was a bonus. Close to the airport, 10 min drive

We had a fantastic stay at this luxury hotel. Our exclusive amenities needs were fulfilled with the spectacular swimming pool and BBQ facilities. the room advantages were top-notch and were a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The spa lounge provided an amazing relaxing experience, and we were able to enjoy the sun terrace with the sun loungers from the garden area. Cons: the only minor issue we encountered was a bit of a delay in check-in, but the service we received afterwards more than made up for it. our experience here was exceptional and we highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious stay in this area.

This hotel is located in a very convenient part of town, close to the beach and in the heart of the business area. the room is spacious, modern and clean, with comfortable beds and good air conditioning. the breakfast is satisfying with a nice patisserie selection. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the on-site currency exchange adds to the convenience.

Although the hotel has good amenities, the overall atmosphere is lacking. the pool is often empty and there is no social scene.
